Reorganization of after sales services

As part of some restructuring within the Haeusler Group, we would like to inform you that from  January 1st, 2012 our After-Sales Service Department will become an independent company, Haeusler Tech AG.

We, the team at Haeusler Tech AG, will remain at your disposal with expert assistance in all matters concerning After-Sales Service. We can provide you with support in troubleshooting, the procurement of spare parts as well as in the planning and implementation of inspections of your machine in the areas of mechanics, hydraulics, control upgrades and safety engineering.

Regular maintenance and an expedient stock of spare parts will ensure high availability of your system over a long period of time. We will be delighted to assist you and provide you with a quotation in these areas, too. You can reach us during our office hours (7.00 to 18.00 CET) via telephone (see number below),  e-mail or fax. In the event of faults, you can inform us beforehand by e-mail or fax and we will then contact you immediately during our office hours, so that we can help you to locate and eliminate the cause of the fault.

Remote maintenance

Remote data exchange is a stock option on all of our machines. Using this system we can offer worldwide remote assistance in errorn detection, diagnosis, maintenance, data analysis and process optimization without having to send a specialist on site.

Machine availability can be increased and downtimes minimzed.

Connection over the internet is being established using a VPN protocol.

Your main advantages can be described as:

  • Quick analysis in case of fault
  • Depending on type of fault, possible remote fixing
  • Remote analysis of error history
  • Remote machine monitoring allows for preemptive maintenance

Repairs

Revisions / Repairs

After several years of intensive use, your machine may need replacements or repairs for a number of  parts.

We will be happy to help you do an overhaul of your machine on site or in one of our plants.

We recommend conducting an on-site inspection beforehand so that a quotation can be made on the repair or overhaul of the machine. The necessary spare parts can be recorded so that the downtime is reduced.

We conduct repairs and overhauls on the main components of your machine such as

Modernisation

Mechanically your machine is fine, but the controller is no longer up to date, or the controller being used is obsolete and spare parts can no longer be supplied or legal provisions require modernisation.

In order that you continue to use your machine without a problem, we will modernise your controller to bring it up to date, thus ensuring that you can use the machine reliably.

Maintenance

Serious maintenance and inspection of machines and systems is the hallmark of a cost-effective operation. Our team of service technicians makes sure that the machines provide the specified performance even after a number of years.

Our service and software engineers are ready to train your personell regarding HAEUSLER machines and installations.

We can train operators, maintenance staff  also your software engineers.
