Remote Controlled Maintenance

Since almost 70 years the HAEUSLER AG has been constructing plate bending machines. During this time we have learned that our business is not only a technical matter – We are service providers for our customers!

In order to perform these expectations fast and efficiently we offer a remote maintenance for our machine control. In case of any disturbance we have the possibility to take action directly into your equipment. After having received your agreement , we transmit data to your SPS or CNC control via modem connection and are thus able to commence all necessary measures to restore your equipment quickly and to your requirements.

The system provides the following advantages in case of a disturbance:

• fast post mortem analysis
• shorter shutdown times of the machine and thereby a higher availability of the equipment.
• competitive disturbance recovery through avoidance of travel expenses.
• Preventive error diagnoses as a matter of routine maintenance

Operating mode of the remote connection

HAEUSLER AG would like to arrange this remote connection under the following aspects:

The machine/equipment has been purchased by you as customer to raise your efficiency. We offer you this service to increase the machine availability.

For this reason a permanent modem connection will be established between the operator of the equipment and HAEUSLER AG.

• The customer's own modem will be aligned and online by the operating company.
• The HAEUSLER modem transfers a corresponding phone number to the equipment and terminates the modem connection for data protection and safety reason.
• Hereon the equipment modus calls us and is connected.
• At that time we aim to observe the equipment, enquire datas and if necessary mesh with the control.
• To accomplish this safety it is essential to be in agreement with the operator of the equipment and HAEUSLER AG.
